''Enfants & Developpement'' (E&D) - charitable non-governmental organization supporting children in need in France and all over the world. Established in 1984 as "SOS Children of Cambodia" being the first permanently presented NGO in Cambodia. Gradually the E&D activities expanded to Laos, Vietnam, the Philippines, Nepal,〔(French Embassy in Nepal )〕 Sri Lanka, Burkina Faso and France.
